How we get an order to you, what it costs, and how long it takes.

We dispatch orders within one business day.

What delivery costs

Delivery is $7.95 per order, and free on orders over $199. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Delivery times are estimates from the day an order is dispatched, not from the day it is placed:

• United States — 2–5 business days
• International — varies by destination, shown at checkout

Carriers are occasionally slower than this, particularly around public holidays. An estimate is not a guarantee.

Where we ship

We ship to the destinations listed above. If yours is not among them, write to us before ordering and we will tell you whether we can reach you.

Duties and import taxes

Orders crossing a border may attract duties or import taxes set by the destination country. Where these are not collected at checkout they are charged by the carrier on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot predict them and we cannot refund them.

Tracking your order

Your order number is on the confirmation page when you pay — keep it. You can check the status of an order at any time by writing to us at support@annealshop.com with that number, and we will tell you exactly where it is.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is well past the estimate above, tell us and we will chase the carrier. If it arrives damaged, send us a photograph and we will replace or refund it at our cost. Tell us as soon as you can either way: carriers close their own claim windows, and we cannot claim after they do.

Wrong address

We ship to the address given at checkout, so please check it. If you spot a mistake, write to us immediately — before dispatch we can change it, and after dispatch we cannot.
